Luke Littler breaks European Tour record with incredible tally of thirty 180s at Belgian Darts Open

Luke Littler's debut on the European Tour was an incredibly successful one. Besides winning the Belgian Darts Open last weekend, 'The Nuke' also threw a staggering thirty maximums.

Never before had a player thrown so many 180 scores at a single Euro Tour tournament. The old record was held by Dave Chisnall, who last year managed to throw a 180 on twenty-eight different occasions.

So that number has now been bettered by Littler, who incidentally played one more game because he was in action from the first round. The 17-year-old teenage sensation also happened to throw the most 180s in his first round. No less than eight times he threw the highest possible score in that match.

Littler then threw six more 180-scores in the second round, and three in both his match in the last 16 and in the quarter-finals. In the semi-finals, Littler reached four 180-scores, while he managed to add six more in the final.
