Wayne Mardle spoke after Jonny Clayton's brilliant win over Jose de Sousa and was full of praise for 'The Ferret' who won through to the Quarter-Finals taking place this evening.
Mardle said he is now not afraid of anyone and he is a winner.

"I think Jonny's warned everyone there that's good enough to win the championship. He looks comfortable on the 32 going back up to 60, Mark (Webster) and I just as the winning darts went in, we agreed that he's not afraid to win he closes these games out.
"He's a winner now, he's a champion now. There's a lot to like about Jonny, he's so comfortable, he's so believing in his own ability."
