Chris Dobey after a superb tournament was left gutted after going down 5-0 down to eventual European Championship winner Ross Smith and then missing darts to force a decider.
'Hollywood' took to social media after the defeat and saw the early deficit as a reason behind the loss but gave credit to the victor.
"Absolutely gutted to lose like that tough one to take but only myself to blame giving him too much of a lead at the start always gonna be hard to come back from that. Fair play to Ross Smith though done what he needed to, congratulations for qualifying for the Grand Slam," he said on Twitter.
