From July 1 to July 3, the European Darts Matchplay is scheduled to take place in Trier. During this Euro Tour tournament, £140,000 in prize money will be distributed.
All qualifiers are guaranteed £1,000, while the top 16 players on the European Darts Matchplay seeded list will receive £2,000 anyway. However, these 16 players must win their first match in the second round for the prize money to actually count towards the world ranking and other rankings.
Qualifiers who win their first game will therefore also go to two thousand pounds in prize money. Third-rounders are good for 3000 pounds, while quarterfinalists go home with 5000 pounds anyway. Semi-finalists will certainly receive 6,500 pounds, before the rewards go into the five figures for reaching the final.
The winner of the ninth Euro Tour tournament of the season will go home with £25,000. For the runner-up at the European Darts Matchplay, an amount of 10,000 pounds is waiting.
