Van Gerwen frustrated after De Sousa defeat in Players Championship 14 final

Michael van Gerwen lost out to Jose de Sousa in the final of Players Championship 14 as he once again couldn’t add his first title of the season.
Visibly frustrated during and post match, Van Gerwen took to Twitter to discuss this post match.
“Really annoyed and frustrated with myself. I played well all day, then in the final I made mistakes that I shouldn’t not make. My form is close but I need to cut these mistakes out. Now it’s time for some food, and get switched on for tomorrow,” said the World Number Three.
