A particularly painful incident almost occurred there during the match between Gavin Carlin and Franz Roetzsch in yesterday’s MODUS Super Series.
Roetzsch had just thrown, but his last dart got stuck in the board on retrieval. His opponent Gavin Carlin did not quite realise this and already threw his first dart at the board...just next to Roetzsch's hand.
