Wade keeps ever present record alive with Henderson win, Van den Bergh, Gurney and Dobey out at Grand Slam of Darts Tour Card Holder Qualifier

The Last 64 is underway at the Grand Slam of Darts Tour Holder Qualifier with James Wade keeping up his ever present record in the tournament at least for now.

He will have to win at least two more games to seal his spot but edged past John Henderson to move into the Last 32.

But big names will not be joining him with Dimitri van den Bergh, Daryl Gurney, Chris Dobey, both Rodriguez brothers and Steve Beaton falling over the first two rounds.

Dobey averaged 101 but lost 5-2 to Boris Krcmar, while Van den Bergh won't return to Wolverhampton after losing to Steve Lennon.

Danny Baggish edged past Gurney, while Jose de Sousa who is defending his title from two years ago won't defend the money after losing 5-1 to Jamie Hughes.

Vincent van der Voort, Cameron Menzies, Stephen Bunting and Raymond van Barneveld are through though to the next round.
