Wright crushes Clayton, Noppert freezes out Rafferty as Quarter-Final line-up confirmed at European Darts Grand Prix

The Quarter-Final line-up is confirmed at the European Darts Grand Prix with Peter Wright set to face Danny Noppert in the final confirmed tie.

Both produced superb displays in moving through and they will now face off with Wright crushing Jonny Clayton in a 6-1 victory.

He took advantage of a doubling disaster from 'The Ferret' as he pinned only 10% with the Premier League Darts leader not able to bring over his brilliance from Thursday nights onto the European Tour this weekend.

Also for 'Snakebite', there was a 103 average, two 180's and 42.9% on the doubles in a polished display and he will now face 'The Freeze'.

He edged past Nathan Rafferty in a 6-4 win averaging 105 and hitting four 180's en route as he defied a 100.8 average from 'The Natural' who initially went 3-1 up.

Noppert broke back straight away and pivotally hit a 121 on Rafferty's throw on the bull to break and go 5-4 up and he sealed it from there on double four.
