Baetens succeeds Klaasen as number one in WDF rankings

Andy Baetens is the new number one in the WDF rankings after his double win in Denmark. 'The Beast' succeeds Jelle Klaasen as the leader on the list.

Baetens took the title at both the Denmark Open and the Denmark Masters last weekend. In April, the Belgian also won two tournaments in Croatia.

The 34-year-old darter leads the WDF rankings with 928 points. Klaasen is now second with 875 points, followed by Neil Duff with 816 points. Behind them is a sizeable go to the likes of James Hurrell (673 points) and Haupai Puha (653 points).

There are two other Dutchmen in the top-10. Wesley Plaisier has 509 points, good for ninth place. Chris Landman follows right behind with 487 points.
