On Tuesday, the ladies' singles tournament began at the
WDF World Cup in Denmark. Meanwhile, there are four ladies left who will compete for the title. The semifinals and finals are on Saturday.
Noa-Lynn van Leuven at least secured a bronze medal for the Netherlands by reaching the semi-finals. The player from Heemskerk defeated Mayumi Ouchi (4-1) and Patricia de Peuter (5-1), among others, and in four of her five matches she threw an average of over eighty. She will certainly need such a level in the semifinals as well, as 19-year-old
Beau Greaves awaits then.
Greaves conceded only one leg in her five legs toward the final four and threw two 100-plus averages. Completing the lineup for the semifinals are
Deta Hedman and Kirsi Viinikainen.
