Two-time Women's World Champion Suzuki loses in final round at WDF World Championship Qualifier as line-up set for Lakeside 2023

As well as the World Open and World Masters this weekend, the last chance qualifier for the WDF World Championship taking place on an unconfirmed date in 2023 took place on Monday.

Among those to seal spots included Shaun McDonald, Christian Goedl as well as Arjan Konterman and Jarno Bottenberg in the Men's with John Norman Jnr and Johan Engstrom missing out in the final round.

While in the Ladies, former two-time Women's World Champion in Mikuru Suzuki did not qualify with one of the stories of the season on the WDF circuit and World Masters runner up, Almudena Fajardo completing her superb weekend with a Lakeside debut incoming.

Also joining her is Mayumi Ouchi who took a first win in the World Open and the only legs off Beau Greaves in the World Masters all weekend. She beat former BDO participant, Rachna David in the final round.
