Dave Chisnall continued to back up recent results which have potentially shown a return to form from the St Helens ace, this weekend he posted the highest average of the whole weekend with an effort of 108.65. This was against Jose Justicia in a whitewash win.
Michael Smith came in second with a massive 107.24 in his smashing of Ian White in the semi-finals yesterday showing that St Helens is having a great time in terms of the players' form.
In addition to Chisnall and Smith is Ian White who had the next two highest averages with 105.96 and 105.09 coming in his Quarter-Final smashing of Michael van Gerwen.
Van Gerwen himself only had one effort which was 10th alongside Max Hopp with 100.23. For Van Gerwen this shows he is not in his best form as of yet this year.

- Is this the start of an attempt to say that he (Littler) is the best ever as he has won most money. Perhaps adjust all prize money earned by allowing for inflation. If Littler gets close too (does not even have to overtake) both MVG’s and Taylor’s Major titles total then he is in the conversation. - It is shocking and unbelievable that 2 Hotty who was always such a decent player, 2 time World Champion and won the Grand Slam when it meant something. He really should have joined the PDC earlier. He has just disappeared off the radar. Such a shame when one of your favourite players just dissappears. I guess he is concentrating on the carpentry.
