Michael van Gerwen took revenge for his lost against Raymond van Barneveld at the Champions League of Darts. The world number one defeated
Adrian Lewis 10-4.
Mighty Mike needed a big win to keep a fair chance to reach the semi finals in Cardiff, after losing 10-5 earlier on the day to his countryman. He needs to beat Phil Taylor sunday afternoon to move into the last four.
Jackpot hit a 170 finish in the second leg, but Van Gerwen took a 3-1 lead after finishing legs in eleven and thirteen darts. The Dutchman continued his position after finishing 82 and 114 en route to a 9-4 lead. MvG didn't make any mistakes in his own 14th leg to seal the win and his first two points of the tournament.
