Diogo Portela and Zoran Lerchbacher have claimed 2020 PDC World Championship spots during recent International Qualifiers this past weekend.
Portela will compete at the World Championship for a third successive year after winning the Central & South American Qualifier in which he defeated Sudesh Fitzgerald in the final.
He also defeated former qualifier Norman Madhoo and his 2018 World Cup partner Bruno Rangel before defeated Fitzgerald who is similarly experienced.
Lerchbacher on the other hand saw off youngster Rusty-Jake Rodriguez in a closely ran final which saw 'The Hypercane' lead both 3-0 and 4-1 before Rodriguez hit back to level and after the legs were shared, the Austrian finished 107 to claim victory and his spot in London for another year.
