Stats confirm Stephen Bunting is returning to top form, only in 2014 has he had a higher win percentage

Stephen Bunting departed at the last 32 on Wednesday at the 29th Players Championship of the year. 'The Bullet' went down 6-4 against James Wade.

Still, statistics show that Bunting is doing particularly well this year. For example, the 38-year-old Englishman won a whopping 65% of his matches in 2023.
Only in 2014, his debut year with the PDC, did he achieve a higher average. Bunting is currently ranked 25th in the world.

- I don't really understand why its an issue that Littler doesn't play in the events, they are barely televised so there is no draw for marketing and it gives the other players a better chance to define their narratives. The events are more of a throw back to old events. - Not everyone wants to watch pub players throwing 70 averages for about £500. Premier League is indeed a cash cow, but it does its job of promoting the game. - Laura looking fantastic and obviously has a hidden talent as a dart player. It was so nice to see her shock and joy of hitting that triple 20 I miss Laura, she was excellent and very knowledgeable regarding darts.
