VIDEO: Cullen faces Ratajski in PDC Winter Series Day Five Final

The PDC Winter Series concluded on Saturday with Joe Cullen facing off against Krzysztof Ratajski in the final of Day Five.
Cullen claimed the final European Tour title of the season and would be looking to do the same on the ProTour as he faced Ratajski who was already a winner on the Players Championship series this season.
But since winning his first in 2018, he has won two per year since then. Could he do so again?
