Wessel Nijman hits three of the top four averages despite missing out on final spot at the PDC World Youth Championship

On Sunday, all but the final of the PDC World Youth Championship. Gian van Veen and Luke Littler reached the final but it was Wessel Nijman that produced some of the best darts.

This can be seen in the list of highest averages during the PDC World Youth Championship. The overview from Premium Dart Data shows that the Dutchman was responsible for three of the four highest averages with efforts of 106.09, 102.95 and 102.08. He also threw an average of 97.76, good for a tenth place.

Van Veen himself fired in averages of 103.20 and 97.68, whilst fellow finalist Luke Littler managed two of the top 12 (101.86 and 99.91). The other names were Jurjen van der Velde (100.98), Viktor Tingstrom (99.18) Sebastian Bialecki (98.78) and Jitse van der Wal (97.23).
