From May 27-29, the inaugural World Seniors Darts Masters will take place at the iconic Lakeside in Frimley Green. A field of 20 players will compete for the title and a haul of prize money.
Among those involved include Phil Taylor, Martin Adams, Seniors World Champion Robert Thornton as well as John Part and John Lowe.
The eight players who start in the preliminary round are guaranteed £500 in prize money. The twelve seeded players at the World Seniors Darts Championship get £750 anyway.
A place in the quarter-finals earns £1250, followed by £2,500 for a semi-final place. The losing finalist will receive £5,000, while the winner will pick up £10,000.
