Williams and Greaves claim BDO Gold Cup titles

Jim Williams and Beau Greaves have been the two in-form players in the BDO over the past month or so and this continues with the duo claiming victory at the BDO Gold Cup in Rotherham.

Greaves who as of late has claimed the England National Singles, England Open, LDO Ladies Classic and numerous youth titles including the England Open Youth Grand Prix defeating Leighton Bennett saw off another in-form player in Fallon Sherrock in the final 5-0.

Williams on the other hand edged out Craig Venman 4-3, whitewashed Terry Stubbs 5-0 and then did the same to Danny Ayres 6-0 to claim the title.

This goes alongside recent wins at the Six Nations Cup and England Open and like Greaves, 'The Quiff' looks unstoppable right now on the BDO circuit.
