Cross ran out of steam in Masters final: "Wright would've given Chris a better final"

Rob Cross failed to add the Masters to his resume. 'Voltage' lost 11-7 to Chris Dobey in the final and afterwards believes that Peter Wright would've given him a better game and that he ran out of steam.

"Peter let me off in the semi-final. He would've given Chris a better final, I didn't think I was good enough in the final, I was rubbish really," said Cross post match.

"I'm going to give a Van Gerwen interview, I wasn't phenomenal but it's the way it is. He's a great boy (Dobey) and he deserves all the luck in the world. I've had a great time in Milton Keynes but it wasn't there, I was finished."
