Gerwyn Price continues to have a hold over Luke Littler who seems to be put off time and again by 'The Iceman's fired up oche persona as the Welshman conquers Nottingham to win Premier League Darts Night Six.
Price now sits level on night wins with Luke Humphries and Littler but the duo sit well clear of the chasing pack with 11 nights to go of the weekly roadshow. But after some incredible form at the weekend in Wieze, Price continues to show that he may well be back in business.
Price started poorly as the crowd jeered him. But after a 180 from LIttler, Price hit back himself to leave 79. But Littler had a dart at 121 missing double 14 for the break.
Price went double double on 79 and Littler looked to break but threw a few stray darts at double. Price finally hit double 10 for 1-0. Price missed the bull by the width of a wire for 132.
But Littler missed the chance to hold again and Price made it 2-0. Price hit 89 from 129 to leave double 20 and Littler couldn't get anywhere near 141. 'The Iceman' made it 3-0.
Littler finally got on the board with an 85 checkout but Price opened his throw with another maximum. He hit a 123 on the bull with Littler not getting a sniff despite scoring brilliance.
Every leg Littler had hit a 180 with an average of 114 despite being 4-1 down. Littler was given a let off as Price couldn't get a shot at 104 after 'The Nuke' tried getting in his head with a 120 checkout using three double 20's.
Littler made it 4-2. He broke with a poor leg from Price punished. Price couldn't make a fist of 98 and Littler had a shot at 72 missing double 20 allowing 'The Iceman' back for double 20 for 5-3 and he sealed the win with a 100 checkout.

Littler needed to reel in the big fish to revive any hope, but could not find the treble 20.
That left Price with 100 needed to take victory in Nottingham and 'The Iceman' made no mistake, finishing on tops and pumping his fists to the crowd in celebration.

Littler continued the comeback in the seventh leg, with five perfect darts finding their mark before he hit tops to break and bring himself within a leg of Price.
Price could not take out 98, leaving the door open for Littler but the starlet could not find tops. Price returned and found the mark Littler could not, tops giving him a 5-3 lead.
Price took out a massive 123 to lead 4-1, the bullseye yet again being found with great effect to finish.
Littler missed his favoured double 10 to find another leg, but was not punished by Price.
'The Nuke' returned and this time nailed double 10 to make the final 4-2.
Littler couldn't get close to taking out 141 in the third leg, leaving the door open for Price to nail tops and take a shock 3-0 lead.
'The Nuke' finally responded by taking the fourth leg with an 85 finish.
Littler almost opened with a 121 finish, but couldn't take out 28 on his return.
Price was left with 40 and missed two darts at tops, before nailing double 10 to take the opening leg, letting out a huge roar to match.
Price then went close to taking out 132 in the following leg, narrowly missing the bullseye. But Littler couldn't finish either, and Price hit double 12 to take a 2-0 lead.
