Michael Smith throws a nine darter within hour of playing with new darts

Michael Smith experienced a disappointing World Matchplay, being eliminated in the second round by 'Hollywood' Chris Dobey (7-11). After several days of rest, "Bullyboy" has found his form again, as he reveals on Instagram.

"Back to work today. Time to put maximum effort in now for the rest of the year," Smith wrote in a post on his official account. "Not a bad start though. First 9 with the new darts within the 1st hour after 5 days off."

The Englishman made the move to New Zealand darts manufacturer Shot in early July after a 10-year partnership with Unicorn Darts came to an end.
