Rydz runs riot with 109 average against Soutar, set to face Cross as Wright takes on Meikle in semi-finals at Players Championship 27

The semi-finals are set at Players Championship 27 with Callan Rydz producing a stand-out display as he searches down another PDC ranking title.

'The Riot' lived up to his moniker with an epic 109 average as he took down Alan Soutar 6-1, he will now face Rob Cross who eased past Stephen Bunting in the semi-finals.

While the other tie sees Peter Wright not face his fellow Scot in Gary Anderson but 'The Barber' Ryan Meikle with both being based in Suffolk so could be dubbed a derby as a result. For 'Snakebite', he saw off Jose de Sousa with a 101 average.
