"Sitting here it's weird that we're going to be playing here on Friday": Wright takes in MSG ahead of New York return

One of the most iconic sporting venues on the planet, Madison Square Gardens will host the latest installment of the World Series of Darts this weekend and Peter Wright is excited to get down to business.

Hosting everything from WWE to Basketball and in recent years, Darts, MSG is one of the most revered venues in the world. Although this won't be his first time playing there, sitting inside the empty building and taking it all in, 'Snakebite' admits it feels weird that he'll be on the stage this weekend for the US Darts Masters.

"Obviously last year the crowds were fantastic. So why not come back again?" Wright questions. "Obviously, to play in this amazing venue as well and actually sitting here, it's a bit weird we're going to be playing here on Friday. Hopefully, with a little bit of luck I'll be able to get through."
