Here's why Michael van Gerwen got to take home four trophies at Dutch Darts Masters

Michael van Gerwen crowned himself the first winner of the Toon Greebe Trophy last Saturday by taking the overall victory at the Dutch Darts Masters at the expense of Luke Littler.

However, it was not the only trophy Van Gerwen got to take home. Thanks to tournament sponsor TOTO, a total of four trophies could go in the trunk of the three-time world champion.

The tournament sponsor had come up with something fun for the Dutch Darts Masters. Every player who won a match and also threw the most 180 scores and highest finish in that match was put in the spotlight as 'King of the Oche'.

A trophy was attached to this achievement. Van Gerwen won three of these trophies. Danny Noppert, Kevin Doets and Luke Littler were also all able to take such a trophy home.
