Price trades in darts for boxing gloves with charity match in April: "Need to drop 10kg for this"

Gerwyn Price will add another sport to his repertoire in April with a charity boxing match at a local pub a few miles from his home town of Markham.

Price will face former professional Rhys Evans on 9 April at the Valley Tavern pub in Fleur-de-Lis revealing the news on his Instagram story as well as how much he needs to get in shape for it by dropping 10kg.

'The Iceman's opponent is a 3-0 lightweight who lost fought professionally in 2014 but will now face the World Number One with tickets available next month.

Being used to battling the crowd, he will hope to take on the new challenge as seamlessly as he did picking up a set of darts.
